Miso-Curry-Milk Ramen was originated the boom of adding various toppings into ramen among junior high/high schoolers. The distinctive soup – a blend of miso and creamy milk with a flavor of curry is a perfect match with butter with toppings of bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and wakame seaweed.
