This cider brewery is located on the grounds of Hirosaki City Apple Park inside an apple orchard. Apple growers brew cider in the building with its distinctive white triangular roof.
The Kimori brand of cider mainly uses Sun Fuji apples for the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness and has a mild degree of carbonation. The unfiltered process results in a full-bodied fruity taste with the warmth of homemade apple juice. Visitors can observe the cider brewing process and even enjoy tasting!
