Hachinohe City Fishery Science Museum Marient
The museum features a marine plaza, where fish living in Hachinohe waters, including olive flounders, jacopevers, fat greenlings and Japanese sea bass, swim in a huge aquarium; Umineko theater, which introduces the sea of Hachinohe, including the habitat of black-tailed gulls, on a 3D screen with great sounds; and a water tank where visitors can touch the sea creatures with their own hands.
