SHIRAKAMI ROASTING LABO is a coffee shop in Nishimeya Village, where the Shirakami Mountains, a World Natural Heritage Site, are located. The charcoal roasting technique that has been practiced in Nishimeya Village since ancient times is utilized for coffee roasting. The coffee is brewed with delicious water from the Shirakami mountain range, which makes it mild and pleasant to the palate.
