At Yakiniku Tengu, our signature sauce is made with Aomori-grown garlic and apples.
 We serve Aomori wagyu and carefully selected beef tongue, bringing out the natural flavour of local ingredients. It’s a place where both visitors and locals can enjoy a satisfying, slightly indulgent yakiniku experience.

You can enjoy well-marbled wagyu with rich flavour, including premium cuts, along with a range of beef tongue options, from extra-thick cuts to aged and green onion-wrapped styles. Our Aomori beef tongue is grilled so it’s crisp on the outside and juicy inside, and we carefully prepare our horumon to keep it fresh and remove any strong smell, leaving just the flavour.
