Kyodai Apple Pie

A group, aiming at the Guinness Book record, bakes kyodai (huge) apple pie with diameter of 2 meters at the Event such as Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival. It can serve for 700 peoples. “Eikouga”, a kind of apple that is crossbred Senshu and Ourin, is used for the pie. The sour tasting of Eikouga suites for processed food such as apple pies. To make one Huge Apple Pie, four hundreds apples are used.
