After training extensively in places such as Tsukiji and Ginza in Tokyo, the owner of Hirosaki Sushi Sakura has opened this long-awaited restaurant in his hometown of Hirosaki. The counter has been created using a single 6.5-meter slab of Aomori hiba wood—Aomori’s prefectural tree, creating a spacious and relaxed setting. We hope you’ll enjoy a memorable dining experience here, with a wide selection of sake as well as drinks from around the world.
