Towada Hatsuhana Soba & Wine Izakaya
By day, we serve house-made soba, freshly milled in-house with a stone mill and hand-cut to bring out its flavour.
In the evening, the restaurant becomes an izakaya where you can enjoy hand-cut soba alongside local specialties and regional dishes from around the world.
We also offer a wide selection of drinks, including local sake, wine, shochu, and wine-based cocktails!
